During this phase, we will organise to meet with you to further understand your current businesses processes and strategies for the future. We always keep this in mind when we are designing and building your platform.
We will also go through each Salesforce section with you in detail to understand how you currently capture your customers information. We also share ideas with you on data points we can add to Salesforce to enhance your experience.

Once we have the first revision of the platform ready, we will run a virtual meeting to give you a run through of the platform.
